Pokemon Moon Comic 108-111: Ghost Trial!

SIX MONTHS LATE, IT’S THE HALLOWEEN SPECIAL, by which I mean the the Ghost Trial.

Odemon #509

It was another average day in the house of Jonash Ketchuckle or whatever we named him last time. I guess we need a different name for him anyway if this is a different continuity.
It was another average day in the house of Jonsun Arbuckle. It was a few minutes after noon, so it was still quiet as Jonsun’s Alolan Persian slept.
Except they had a guest today.
“Hi Persian!” Purrloin screamed. Persian shouted and leapt several feet into the air before coming down to crash on his bed.
“Oh great,” Persian muttered. “Just what I don’t need.”
“Yes, Persian, it’s me, Purrloin, the world’s cutest kitty cat!”
“You say that like it’s a good thing.”
“Oh Persian, you’re just jealous because I’m so cute, and you’re so not.”
“Big fat hairy deal, what’s so good about being cute?”
“Watch and learn.”
Purrloin climbed up onto the table where sat a ham, several slices already cut. He grabbed a slice in his mouth and carried it away.
“Purrloin!” Jonsun walked up to the cat, who stopped and turned. “You can’t just go walking away with some ham, you can’t just… uh…”
Purrloin looked up with sad eyes and tugged on the ham as if he weren’t strong enough to pull off a piece. He rolled around and went meow, too. Jonsun laughed.
“All right, Purrloin, you can have a slice.”
Purrloin hopped off the table and returned to Persian, who drummed his paw as he watched.
“See, Persian? I bet you can’t do that.”
“Oh yeah?” Persian said. “Just watch me.” He climbed out of bed and jumped onto the table, which creaked. He grabbed the entire ham and turned to make off with it.
“Persian!” Jonsun marched up to the big cat. “That ham is for dinner.”
Persian turned and looked at Jonsun with sad eyes, licking his paws and meowing.
“Come on, give it here.” Jonsun grabbed the ham, and they pulled against each other until the ham slipped into the air and knocked over a lamp, which crashed next to Snubbull who, spooked, yipped and ran into the table leg, sending the table toppling with Persian onto the floor.
Persian pulled himself out from under the table and drummed his paw on the floor. “When do I get my Odemon?”

In a little house in the suburbs lived an aspiring game designer by the name of Jonash Ketchuckle. No, wait. Ashjon Arbucketchum. There we go.
One day Ashjon cooked a lasagna, and he left it on the counter to cool. When he came back, there was only the lasagna pan left. He immediately expected his pet Pokemon, Garfield, who always ate his food.
“Garfield! Where are you?” He walked through the house looking for his pet. In the living room he looked up and saw Garfield hanging from the curtains. “Garfield! Get down from there.”
The curtains and window frame crashed to the floor as Garfield the Snorlax fell down. He was asleep, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t have eaten Ashjon’s lasagna. He knew Garfield was a fast sleeper, especially after eating. He shouted at Garfield to wake up, but to no avail.
Ashjon knew how to wake Garfield up, though. He turned on the television, and like a Pokeflute, Garfield woke up and jumped onto the easychair in front of the TV, flattening it. The third chair this week.
Ashjon showed Garfield the empty lasagna pan. “Garfield, did you eat this lasagna?”
Garfield ate the pan and said, “What lasagna?” Ashjon glared at Garfield.
“Fair enough.” He walked away.

It’s Christmas! Is a Post ‘Bout My Holiday Cliché? It’s Clichemas time! Oh Boy! Hooray!

Today is Christmas, or as they say in my brain, Clichemas. What is Clichemas, you ask? The most cliché day of the whole year! But I’ll tell you about that later. Much later. For now, let’s take a quick look at the results of this day.

1 - Dt5ANky

Our tree fell over. Well, our house fell over. Well, actually, I just took the picture sideways and don’t feel like righting it. I took these pictures with the 3DS, so they’re all kind of horrible quality. But that’s what Clichemas is all about! Or… so I assume. I haven’t worked out all the details yet.

So what did I get on this day? I got a mug full of antidote.

2 - ehckY8d

In more activity-related news, I got games and books. Books and games!

4 - moTCSss

And you may have noticed something in the corner of that picture. I got a Homestuck.

3 - XH2nxax

Anyway, shirts. I got another shirt about being lazy. It’s like a theme with me?

7 - qffoOCl

And finally, more Dinosaur Comics and Homestuck.

5 - i12ZnHN

The one on the left is a Hero of Time shirt… because I’m a Hero of Time. Probably?? But they were actually too small so my brother’s going to send ’em back to get bigger sizes. But, hey, you know what they say…

“oh well”

And, of course, today we went off to meet with relatives and stuff. This. This is what Clichemas is truly all about: going out to meet with family whom you have no idea who they are.

Seriously. I do not actually know who this guy was. My only guess is an uncle-in-law.

Hmm. Putting his picture on the internet without his permission or knowledge may not be the best idea.

But best ideas are not what Clichemas is all about.

Now if you excuse me, I think I just heard the Christmas tree fall down in the other room.
